Everest is the AXIA program for established companies in Moldova, built on the Ascent methodology developed by Sinapis for Christian entrepreneurs in emerging economies. It is for businesses that have moved past survival and reached the point where complexity grows faster than the team: for twelve months, experienced consultants and mentors work directly with the founder and with the leadership team, to find what is holding the company back, build a growth plan and prepare the business for investment — without the entrepreneur having to choose between their faith and the way they run the company.
What the program covers

Everest is in preparation: we are building the team of consultants and the structure of the first cohort. The form below is not an application — it is how you tell us you want to be on the shortlist. When we open applications, the people on this list hear first, and we talk with each of them before the cohort is formed.
