A mentorship program with entrepreneurs from the US
In partnership with Scatter
You run a growing business and could use advice from someone who has already been there? We connect you with an experienced American entrepreneur who runs a company and a team of their own, ideally in your field. For six months you meet regularly, and they walk with you through your decisions about business, leadership and life.
Who the mentors are
The mentors are leading American entrepreneurs from a range of industries, running companies with employees. They are Christians who want to invest their time and experience in people like you. Their mentorship is not only about strategy and numbers, but also about character, integrity and balance.
About Scatter
Scatter connects Christian professionals and entrepreneurs from the US with local leaders in other countries, on the principle of partnership: relationships, not transactions. Scatter recruits the mentors and forms the pairs together with us.
How it works
- 1You apply by filling in the form on the Scatter page.
- 2We match you with a mentor, based on your field, the stage your business is at, and what you want to learn.
- 3We start on November 15 with three get-to-know-you meetings with your mentor. Their purpose is to see whether you are a good fit. Either of you can step away afterwards, with no explanation needed.
- 4You decide whether to enter the program. If you do, six months of mentorship follow, with a meeting every two or three weeks, online, lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
Who can apply
- You are an entrepreneur with a registered business.
- Your English is good enough to hold a business conversation.
- You are determined to see the program through. The mentors give their time for free, and we honour that commitment.
